Stiil looking for someone who knows about the stage robbery around cherry creek
around 1883-5 maybe longer, a guy gave me a silver dollar from the robbery dated 1883. It'was stolen soon after I got it, and I was threatened with harm if I didn't tell where the loot was buried. Someone please help me find out about this robbery !!

Fun place to see, mainly for kids, since the replica cabin is there, and the cave looking north. I have camped here once in summer,,nice and hot,, we were about the only folks there which was nice. But i have noticed when riding the ATV past here alot, ive seen the camp so full at times, full of kids, scouts, etc,,looked like a convention. If you want to be alone and primative, and do as you please, this may not be the place for you. Its a fun day trip, but i wouldnt stay here, sure they have toilets, but i choose my privacy and alone time. if you dont mind people,, and love get togethers this would be a great place to hike and explore.

Yep we know this area well, we have traveled this road several times comming from the east over the simpson mountain, our attraction was the old cabin further yp the road, off to a side road,, but also,, the huge mud/water puddle at the bottom,,, and riding our atv through it,over and over,,feels great in the hot summer. Nice ride over the simpson mountains, shade and trees on top, not bad place to primative camp, either back packing, or ATV it up there.
